A volunteer firefighter from the Perseverance Volunteer Fire Department, Justin Sholly, is accused of setting multiple fires using fire starter logs, allegedly triggered to “save the day.” Police say license plate readers tied him to three fires, leading to his arrest and arson charges before he was later fired and the response scene was disrupted.
